to change the available sizes of any limited edition photograph.

Terms
of Sale: All orders are subject to approval by our main
office, and processed orders are not cancelable by the buyer.
We will, however, do our best to accommodate additions if
they are received before the order is packed for shipment.
Delivery (shipping) arrangements are contingent upon Acts
of God, accidents, delays of transportation facilities,
and other delays which are unavoidable or beyond our control.

Terms:
All orders must be prepaid with cashier's check, money order,
or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX on
a limited basis. Our products become your property upon
delivery to the transporting carrier.

Pricing
Terms: The prices shown on this website supersede those
published in any previous price list. We attempt to maintain
published prices, however, due to market conditions, our
prices may change without notice.

Orders:
All orders are custom filled; therefore, most orders will
normally ship within two weeks from order date. Processing
of photo enlargements are under the constraint of the photo
lab and can sometimes take longer than two weeks to process.
If delays are expected, or if stock is unavailable, we will
contact you to let you know.

|
Seasonal
Orders: It is important that you place early orders
for seasonal goods and schedule these orders for shipment
at least 45 days prior to the holiday. Orders placed well
in advance of the season will receive preference. All orders
received within the 45 day period prior to the holiday will
be entered and acknowledged for shipment as soon as possible,
subject to stock available.

Freight:
Basic ground shipping charges will be applied to all shipments
within the 48 contiguous U.S. States. Shipments which are
required to be sent other than ground via UPS, FedEx or
U.S. Postal Priority Mail will be billed for any additional
costs incurred above the fee that our shopping cart charges
at the time of placing the order. Our minimum freight charge
for any order is $5.95.

Claims
and Returns: Do not refuse shipment or return items
without first contacting us for authorization. A 50%
rehandling charge will apply to any unauthorized return.
All claims of damage must be reported within 5 days of your
receipt of the shipment. Goods damaged during transit are
the responsibility of the carrier, but we'll be happy to
assist you in filing a claim. Please retain the original
packing materials as these may be required for inspection
by the carrier's claims agent. Our products are not returnable
except for reasons of shipping error or defect in stock
or workmanship, and then, only upon authorization from our
home office. Any authorized return for reasons other
than defect or our error will be credited less transportation
charges and a 15% restocking fee.

Shortages:
Shortages must be reported in writing within 3 business
days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Orders/Hours of Operation: Our office is open for business
and new phone/fax orders Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
PST. If no one is there to take your call you can leave
a recorded message for immediate handling on the next working
day. Please leave your company name, your name, phone number
and reason for call on all messages. Fax orders/inquiries
can be sent to 858-259-8392 at any time.

Privacy/Use
of Information: We will never sell or provide your private
information to any other entity, except as necessary in
the process of fulfilling your order with us. Upon placing
your order, your e-mail address will automatically be added
to our mailing list. If you do not wish to receive periodic
newsletters from us via e-mail, then please call or e-mail
us to let us know.
